Exchangs and Refunds

123SkateBoard Policy:

Exchanges or refunds are given on strictly un-used, un-worn, un-damaged merchandise that arrives back to us in the condition that it was when we sent it to you. Please do not use something and break it and send it back. We can only take back a legitimate defect and not an illegitimate breakage. *Refunds and exchanges given within 30 days after your order arrives. No exchange can be made after 30 days. If you need to exchange an Item, we will exchange an Item once with no extra shipping charge to you. This applies to items over $20.00. Any item less than $20.00 being exchanged will be charged for ground shipping back to you. Exchanging an item twice will incur an additional shipping charge to the customer. All Returns may incur a 10% restocking fee.
