Exchangs and Refunds

123SkateBoard Policy:

All orders are entitled to an exchange or refund if returned with in 30 days of receiving the order. No returns will be excepted for a refund after this 30 day period of time. All item MUST be returned in the un-worn, un-used condition in which they where sent to you. You are responsible for shipping the order back to our facility. Once your return is processed (This may take up to 72 hours processing) your return will be handled and the exchange or refund will be issued. Returns for refund may incur a minimum of 10% restocking fee. Exchanges are done only with in our 30 day policy and additional shipping charges for return postage apply. In the case of a warehouse error where you received the incorrect order or merchandise please contact us immediately by phone for further instruction. You must send the package back to us and include an original copy of your return shipping to be eligible for reimbursement which may not exceed the amount of shipping originally paid; once received by our warehouse team the mistake will be rectified and reshipped to you at no charge. Please contact us by phone immediately regarding orders that are damaged during shipping or products that are defective from the manufacturer. If you receive a package that was damaged during shipment we will place a UPS Tracer or investigation to rectify the issue. If the UPS claim is approved your order will be reshipped. This damage policy only covers items damaged during shipping or items that are defective when in brand new un-used condition. 123skateboard.com is not responsible for any item damaged or broken while in the customer possession or after an item has been used. Used merchandise that is returned with out company authorization will not be credited or exchanged. No Exceptions! To speed up the return process please be sure to include your name, order # and a specific request of what you would like us to do with your order. You may also place a new order for the merchandise you want as an exchange and send back your current order for a refund with no penalty to you. Simply include your new order # on the invoice and state you placed a new order as an exchange. This speeds up the return process so you can get your exchange faster and it usually cost the same as an exchange. If you do not receive your shipment with in 2 weeks of placing the order please contact us for specific tracking information. If your package is lost a UPS Tracer will be initiated to replace your missing order. You can track your order online by entering your order # in to the tracking link.
